Nothing is beyond
the realm of possibility.
There are no limitations,
except the limits
of your own imagination.

ALL hypnosis is self-hypnosis
You must genuinely want to have this expansive experiece and participate for it to be effective. This happens not so much by effort, but by relaxing and allowing. It is important to note these two approaches are vastly different. Trying is more of a thinking state and allowing is more of a feeling state. Feeling safe and trusting your practitioner are both fundamental in your full participation.
Hypnosis is not anesthesia
Forget what you have seen in the movies with swinging watches and “stage” hypnosis. Being hypnotized is best described in this way: Your body will feel very relaxed and your mind will feel very focused. Very similar to having a long and involved daydream. Outside noises or other normal distractions don’t interfere when you are focused in this way.

Hypnotic states are so common and natural we spend the majority of our lives within them. Reading, singing, praying, driving, showering, can all induce a "hypnotic" state. Hypnosis is nothing more than a relaxed and focused attention.
All hypnosis is actually self-hypnosis. The practitioner simply helps guide the client to that deeply relaxed and focused state upon mutual agreement of the intentions for the session. "Hypnosis" is a term fraught with misconception, multiple definitions and varied "expert" opinions. Quantum hypnosis seeks to leave the term and that debate to the side and simply focus upon the client and their goals.
